To participate in an audio or video conference you need a microphone and/or a webcam and a NetMeeting program such as Microsoft NetMeeting or GnomeMeeting. You will meet other scouts at the JOTI NetMeeting directory server:

Some tips to configure your NetMeeting program
- Do not enter your full name
- Use the name of your group as last name
- Do not use your normal e-mail address
- See our tips for e-mail users
- Add your country to your location information
- Wherever you asked for a directory server enter video.joti.org
- There might be some major difficulties running Netmeeting from behind a firewall
